  • I had the great fortune to be recommended to Brad Lee for a serious legal issue. Brad was able to provide me excellent counsel. He was able to negotiate and settle my case. Beyond that, he took personal interest in myself and my family. I always felt like I was his most important client though he has many. I unhesitatingly and highly recommend Brad Lee and his firm.

  • I was overall pleased with the service Michael Beardsley provided me after suffering a devastating work injury. I tried to fight the insurance company myself for a while and was unfortunately "bullied" by the insurance company and some doctors. I went to Beardsley, Jensen and Lee for help and everything changed for the better. I was no longer "bullied" by the Insurance Company or certain Doctors. I was finally provided the medical attention, and services required. Thank you Michael Beardsley for the service you provided!!

  • Brad Lee represented me in a work comp law suit. The insurance company was doing everything in their power to come up wth excuses to cut me off of my checks that I had coming to me, but Brad put a stop to it everytime. He cares about his clients welfare which is rare. For 4 yrs he protected me from getting cut off of my work comp checks and in the end the insurance company brought their top guns but Brad made them look like fools. Everything they tried he countered. Anyways we won and I'm so glad I hired him for my attorney. He's the best!!!!

  • If you’re reading this review then I’ll assume you are looking for an attorney for one reason or another and if it’s for anything like what I’ve gone through then you have my condolences. I really wish I could rate with more stars but unfortunately 5 is the max. I cannot express the gratitude and greatfullness I have for my attorney Brad J. Lee! I was injured in 2015 and like most insurance companies I had a fight on my hands. I looked around South Dakota and called several different law firms to represent me and found most if not all wanted me to do 98%% of the leg work while they got paid and to be honest, none of them sounded like they could care about me and even less about taking my case. I was borderline ready to just give up and then, I met Brad! Brad took the time to actually get to know me, hear my issues, understand me as a person and genuinely cared about my well-being and outcome. He fought for me and he fought hard! I have twin girls that I take care of and my injuries really limited what I can do with them. Brad seen them as a part of me, seen us as a family and a father that will forever struggle. Without his help and representation I am certain big insurance would have walked all over me and my girls would have suffered the most. No one ever askes to get injured on the job. No one wants to have life long disabilities and most people want to go to work, support their families, pay their bills and enjoy life but sometimes, bad things happen to good people. If you’re a good person and something bad has happened to you then you are going to need a great person on your side and in my humble opinion, that person is Brad J. Lee! This is not an ad nor am I trying to sell someone to you. I am an actual client of Brads and I will feel forever indebted to him and his staff for doing such an amazingly outstanding and wonderful job. I came to Brad a broken man and although I may never be the same due to my injuries, I can at least walk away knowing I had the absolute best (work comp) attorney fighting for me and my girls. We are looking at a brighter, more promising future because our attorney seen us as people, as a family and not just dollar signs walking around. If you need an attorney because something bad happened to someone good then please, give Brad a call. Tell him Scott sent you. Don’t become a number or a dollar sign to someone who is either inept or just has too much on their plate to treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. You can and probably should call around but please, give Brad a call before you “settle” for someone or some firm that won’t see you as a person. You seriously have nothing at all to loose and everything to gain. I would have no problem trusting Brad with my life and I did! I just can’t say enough good things about him! Again, I can’t stress this enough, I am an actual client and if you have been injured, I just want to see you get the absolute best professional help in resolving your case. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him exclusively for all my legal matters if that were possible. Brad is a great guy and his team is phenomenal! I’m sure he’d be more then happy to speak with you so give him a call, you’ll be glad you did.
